THE PROCESSES OF UKRAINIAN STATE-FORMATION IN THE WESTERN UKRAINIAN LANDS AT THE TURN OF THE 19TH EARLY 20TH CENTURY: THE UKRAINIAN SUCH MOVEMENT, THEORETICAL AND LEGAL BASIS

Abstract

In today's realities, modern geopolitical challenges and confrontations, the Ukrainian scientific worldview position should be conditioned and focused on the development of the latest Ukrainianstate-legal and historical-legal approaches and teachings. To be based on a characteristic problem, its methodological expansion of key issues and specifics that form civilizational approaches to the understandingand understanding of state-legal practices, ideas, features that have crystallized in the history of the formation and development of the Ukrainian nation. These approaches are especially relevant in the conditions of more than ten years of Russia's military aggression of the present time and the historical memory of the past. Necessity of reforming the state-building processes of local self-government, formations of the development of civil society in Ukraine in the European democratic direction. At the same time, such approaches should combine and systematize historical and legal phenomena and processes, which will allow for the formation of an unencumbered, independent, modern understanding and understanding of the formation and establishment of Ukrainian statehood, its national revival, on the examples of the state-building asceticism of the Sich movement of Ukrainians, as one of the components of sovereign Ukrainian state. Which is based on the history of concepts and the organic combination of state-building processes in times from the past to the present, from the practice of ideas and liberation struggles to the modern state-building process, without the practice of increased imposition of communist Sovietism, which was based on the principles of social injustice and misanthropy. Based on in-depth knowledge of historical processes and regularities, ethnos and genotype of the Ukrainian nation, its traditions of the development of state-building processes.
