CLASSIFICATION OF TERRORISM IN THE WORLD. METHODS AND ELEMENTS OF CLASSIFICATION

Abstract

The article is dedicated to analyzing the legal aspects of surrogacy in international and national contexts. This issue has gained particular relevance in the context of globalization and the development of reproductive technologies, as it touches upon important aspects such as human rights, ethics, and family law. Surrogacy, as a form of assisted reproductive technology, raises numerous legal, ethical, and social discussions, as it encompasses various legal mechanisms regulating the relationships between the parties involved in this process.
On one hand, international norms, such as the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, emphasize the need to protect the rights of children born through surrogacy and ensure the rights of women who become surrogates. On the other hand, national legislation in Ukraine and other countries often has gaps in regulating this process, which can lead to abuses and unregulated situations.

The article also addresses the legal challenges faced by all participants in the surrogacy process, including issues of bioethics, contractual relations, rights to motherhood and fatherhood, as well as the potential for legal disputes. The importance of establishing clear legal frameworks that protect both the rights of children and the rights of women participating in surrogacy programs is emphasized.
