Abstract

The relevance of the topic is due to the events of the full-scale war unleashed against Ukraine, which is a tragic problem of our time for most democratic countries of the world. Sub-imperialist russia, and its satellites, as well as the thugs who help, pursuing primarily their own profit, do not care about anything and destabilize the situation on the planet as a whole. They are gradually dragging the world community into the Third World War, using hybrid warfare methods, international terrorism, and extremism. This has significant political, economic, and moral consequences. It has a devastating moral and psychological impact on society, taking people's lives and health.

A significant characteristic of modern terrorism is a marked quantitative increase in crimes, which are distinguished by their cynicism and cruelty. The victims of terrorists are most often ordinary people, and children are the most vulnerable. It is quite dangerous that terrorists are increasingly using unconventional means of mass destruction, setting themselves the task of causing significant damage and devastation, sowing mass panic and despair among people, and destroying peace and safe living conditions. More and more often, a dangerous trend of merging terrorism with international organized crime is dynamically manifested
