Ukrainian-Hungarian relations are ambiguous, although Hungary was one of the first to recognize Ukraine as an independent, democratic, and legal state. History still remembers when relations were quite good-neighborly, this is the period when Hungarian government officials sincerely adhered to the course of their external functions: interregional good-neighborliness; protection and support of national minorities abroad; work towards the EU and NATO. The issue of democratic, humane treatment of people is always a relevant topic. This direction gained special importance after the Second World War, after the brutality and brutality of the Nazis, the merciless, inhuman treatment of the population, especially children. Since then, many historical events have taken place. Many civilized countries have embarked on the path of restructuring their own ideas and beliefs into a democratic system and are making maximum efforts to prevent the events of the Second World War from repeating themselves, and even in the event of an aggravation of the situation, to resolve them exclusively through a negotiated, peaceful process, but not by force. The Russian Federation essentially continued the existence of the same Soviet doctrine of coexistence. For quite a long time there was harmony in the world, the world was still recovering from terrible historical events, new technologies began to be created, the ocean and space were explored, new theories of the origin of life, the origin of man and so on were born, until one day it all came to nothing. The globalization of aspirations, the imperial ambitions of certain maniacal politicians and their orientation towards the destabilization and destruction of the harmony of peace and security, the unleashing of a full-scale war against Ukraine by the Russian imperialist clique, the situation on the international arena began to dynamically transform, individual values and approaches of European countries also began to change primarily Hungary.
