    The collection of scientific papers ‘Legal Bulletin’ is the successor of the publication ‘Legal Bulletin of KROK University’, which was founded in 2006 and included in the list of professional publications and international databases: Index Copernicus International; Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, USA (international database Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, USA).

    The founders of the collection of scientific papers ‘Legal Bulletin’ are the founders of KROK University: Laptev Serhii, Parashchenko Liudmyla, Finikov Taras, and Hukailo Yurii.

    The publisher of the Legal Bulletin is the Higher Educational Institution ‘KROK University of Economics and Law’ (Ukraine), which is one of the first private higher educational institutions in Ukraine and has an IV level of accreditation.

    Based on the decision of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 20 February 2023, the scientific periodical Legal Bulletin was included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine of Category ‘B’.

    Legal bulletin of «KROK» University is an international peer-reviewed academic edition aimed to publish the results of fundamental and applied research in jurisprudence and psychology. Main covered topics are theory and history of state and law, the history of political and legal studies, human rights, international law, constitutional law, administrative law, civil law and procedure, criminal law and procedure, economic law, financial law, legal psychology, organizational psychology, economic psychology. Our target audience is scholars, teachers, and other professionals.

    Legal bulletin of «KROK» University issues 4 times per year and recognized as a scholarly journal in the field of legal and psychological sciences by the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1328 of 21 December 2015. Also, the journal is indexed by the international science and technology databases Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, and Ulrich's Periodicals Directory database (USA).
