New Historical Realities of Diplimatic and Intelligence Activity

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of modern problems of diplomacy and intelligence as mean of realization of foreign policy of the state. Having general an integral subject (aggregate of the special diplomatic and reconnaissance organs of the foreign states) and objects is certain countries (groups of countries), they are, at fi rst, by the instruments of realization of international relations, secondly, by facilities of leadthrough of foreign policy of the state, thirdly, directly take part in making of this foreign policy.
