This article is devoted to the analysis of the criminal justice system of the Federal Republic of Germany. An overview and systematic study of the links in criminal justice, description and description of courts that have the right to examine criminal cases in Germany are underway. Much attention is paid to the investigation of the court of the shreffins, as the exclusive authority for the consideration of criminal cases. Considerable attention is also paid to criminal cases concerning minors and persons under the age of 21, taking into account the psychological state of the accused persons and the specifics of work with these cases.
