Formation Of Environmental Management System For The Enterprises Of The Industrial Complex As Mechanism Of Regions Sustainable Development

The article discusses the development stages of the ecological management system in accordance with DSTU ISO 14001: 2015 using the example of an industrial enterprise. The implementation algorithm and features of documentation development necessary for the enterprise at the planning stage according to the Deming cycle are presentedand regulatory and legal requirements of Ukraine. The preliminary environmental analysis of the enterprise activity was carried out, the functions of the production units were disclosed, their main processes and features of the output for fi nished products are described. According to the results of the previous analysis, a register of environmental aspects for the activity and environmental policy was developed – the central document of the enterprise, which refl ects the general intentions and direction of activities in the fi eld of environmental performance. Based on environmental policy and identifi ed environmental aspects, an environmental management program, that defi nes goals, tasks and necessary measures for environmentalizing the organizational structures of enterprise management to reduce the negative impact of the company’s activities, products or services on the state of the environment, is proposed.
